How to get over an unhealthy obsession with a girl?

I have no doubt in my mind that what I have for this girl is more than a crush. I know that I need to stop feeling this way about her, but when I am near her or talk to her I just go crazy for her. She is the center of my life and she seems fine with it. I don't want to live my life this way. Please help.

Browse a few of the videos and models. Compare the girls on there with the girl you're unhealthily "obsessed" with. Realize that there's a new girl on there about every other month. There's no shortage of girls.

Realize that every few months, he's recruiting a new girl that's just looking to shoot a few pictures to try and get famous/popular online for like 15mins.

The world just keeps pumping out girls, dude. Being "obsessed" with one is just unhealthy. It's definitely sexually unhealthy.

Now, in terms of a relationship, maybe you want to feel like you're playing house. Maybe you feel that if you're subservient that means you have empathy and feelings and you're a good guy. Maybe you take this to the extreme and trick your brain into being completely devoted and "obsessed" with just one girl.

Well, snap out of it. It doesn't work that way. If you want to be a nice guy, have feelings, empathize with other people, that's great. You don't need to "obsess" over other people in order to do and be that.

Maybe you need to go shopping for homes to help put your sense of perspective in perspective. After a while, they all sort of seem the same. You can change this one around here, put some work into that one there, maybe pay a little extra for one that's already done... but no house is ever really exactly the way you want it... and when it is... what you want changes. So, don't really get hung up on finding the "perfect" home, and don't ever "obsess" over a home either. There will always be something better or different that comes alone, and your own interest will change from then till now.

You could just buy some popcorn and get that stuck in your teeth. As you pick it out just curse the girl and remember that she is the cause of your pain. Without her you'd have never eaten THAT particular popcorn.

You have to tell her how you feel. Either you will be accepted or denied. Then you can move from there

I did. She initially accepted me, but she didn't really do anything about it despite my initiative. Then 1 month later she denied me. Unfortunately I am trying to move on , but she seems so supportive of me and I see her everywhere. I try to avoid her, but the next second I know she is trying to help with my problem. Quitting her is like try to quit smoking. I see myself try to move on from her every week. I can't take it anymore.
