Nahhh don't use diet pills it's just the marketing that makes people think they work. But honestly if u take diet pills ur gna think you can keep doing what you're doing and lose fat. What I reckon u should do is have smoothies/vegetable/fruit juice instead of monster. They provide so much more energy then a stupid energy drink that'll give u a sugar crash.

It's the 2 monsters that keeps the fat on and your general diet too. Stress as well keeps weight on. Try black coffee and don't bitch about the taste if you're complaining about being fat.
All about your diet. Cut that Monster shit out it's terrible for you. Your body needs sleep as well. You'll gain weight or won't loose weight if you dont sleep enough. Listen to your body.
