simple... just put all the unhealthy food in a locker and call it " the locker of shame" so you dont get your hands on it... that's exactly what i do... or... just replace all the sugary unhealthy food with fruits and vegetables! im a vegetarian so most of my time i eat fruits and veggies.
also you can check how much calories does the chocolate contain and you'll be like woah!! nope not eating that!

I do, that whole time I constantly feel starved and like I could eat a big feast and then once I start my period I'm nauseous. I think it's all jut hormones and your body storing up energy for your period

Pick a chocolate or any chocolate snack that you know is pretty light and satisfying. It's better then getting the real bad ones. (Even though they probably taste better XD). But period cravings are hard to fight against XD. I just do that and then once it's gone back to strict routine XD
Yeah... I like binge on sugar right before my period and then wonder why I get stomach cramps while I'm menstruating << In perpetual denial of my own mistakes smh.
I always just cave in. The 1 kilo I gain would usually go away again once the period starts and i lose some appetite due to cramps.
