Has anyone here encoutered the same problem?
PS: the pain kinda tends to go away if I drink more water, is that normal? If water can help, then I want to know why and if water can fix the whole situation.
Haven't encountered the problem - but I've heard that people sometimes book an appointment with a doctor in one of the Nordic countries, because they hardly pay anything for it - or even nothing at all.
Take it with a grain of salt though, since I don't quite know if foreigners don't pay any medical bills like the local population (since they pay through their taxed) or if foreigners are charged some minimal amount
I was in a hurry when I wrote that - the former part is that I meant that the inhabitants of the nordic countries pay hardly anything, if anything at all, for their medical needs.
And I read somewhere that it's popular for foreigners to seek out medical treatments in those countries because the treatment is either so cheap or completely free. Don't know where I read it, but it was in the same article I read about Ingvar Kamprad, the founder of IKEA and a billionare, that when he visits third world countries for business he also utilizes the chance and gets a haircut in those countries, because the hair cuts are so much cheaper there
Im pretty tall, 6'3'', and have bad knees and a back back because of it. I find swimming really helps as well as knee braces.
