I have been working out more and have been gaining weight. What is going on?

I have been working out more and have been gaining weight.

I am supposed to eat 1,942 calories a day, but I don't even eat that many.

I burn between 200-267 calories a day for five to six days a week.

What is going on?

I weigh 89 pounds and am 4'10". Im just concerned as to why the sudden gain?
Diet:
Breakfast: Quoina and apple
Snack: cup of fruit
Lunch: protein bar
Snack: lite greek yogurt
Dinner: protein and salad or veggies with a protein
