Have you ever helped yourself out of a depression?

Have you ever been depressed and thought fuck this I can't do it anymore so you decided to change? If so, what was it that made you change and what exactly did you do?

It was the depression that made me change and I didn't know exactly what to do to change it, but I knew that only I could change it. Nothing was going to be different if I didn't make it different. I just kept telling myself that. Sometimes (for good or bad) you just have to take risks and see what changes come from it.

Truthfully, without God I don't know where I would have ended up. It was his doing that raised me up.

I was depressed cause I had a shitty job so because of unfair treatment I quit but went back to school to get my degree - still getting it but at least depression didn't keep me away from fulfilling my goals.. don't let depression get in the way of your life. you control it, not the other way around.

No. If you were in a deep depression, I don't think it's something you can help yourself with. I think it would need external forces
