im used to making healthier decisions because i know how my body works (i can gain like 5 pounds just from eating a little junk food every day for a week and it will not go away just because i eat healthy the next week, i will have to put in A LOT of work to lose it)
but i often feel as though i do too much. because everyone i know (and those who are in good shape as well) dont seem to do that much. i constantly see them eating junk food, being lazy, and not going to the gym as much. yet they are in really good shape. i just dont get it, do people lie about all the effort they put in or am i seriously the only one who goes out of my way to work out almost every day and avoid junk food?
