Why soy, gluten and milk are written in bold in each food/drink’s contents?

Yes I have noticed. Soy , gluten and milk are all common allergens also some people who are trying to lose weight or are diabetic avoid gluten and this label is just a helpful indicator.

people have sensitivities to gluten and milk and I think soy is bolded for people with sensitivity to milk
