I've been hitting the gym hard a good while now do you think I'm improving?
Not bad, but how long you been at the gym already? But to answer your question, really the only person who's gonna be able to tell if you've improved is yourself. You need to think about how committed you are, and if your putting 100 percent effort when you lift those weights. No pain no gain right ;) To get dat summer bod ready its a whole lifestyle that has to change. Gym intensity, diet, social life etc. Remove or adjust the distractions, and focus on your goals.
