It depends on what you're doing it for. Are you doing it merely for apperence? I'm training for the Olympics because I believe without a single doubt that I will do it and therefore I never lose motivation. No, I don't waver.
If you have to look up some motivational work out videos on Youtube.
True motivation will come about when you begin to believe in yourself. You got two hands, and you have two feet to walk on. Do greatness. You are more than capable of doing just that.
Lose workout motivation? That implies that I've been motivated before... 😒
Sometimes I will have a couple of days where I'm tired and I figure it's not the end of the world not to workout, then I feel guilty and can't wait to get back into it.
Do you not find though, that your body craves exercise if you're used to it? Sometimes my brain with just want to watch TV, but my body will want to workout. It's like a restlessness.
I'm late, but so proud of u =]
for me i can lose motivation from 3 days- 1 month. depends how I'm feeling physically and mentally.

I ask myself why I need motivation to workout in the first place. That's generally enough for me to get up and do it anyways. Working out when you don't feel like it is the most important time to workout. Will power is supposed to be a short term motivator. Lasting long enough for working out to become a habit. And habit doesn't require motivation or will power. You do it, because that's just what you do.
For me about 2 days, however when I'm ill I'm completely turned off from any sport. And make sure I get a solid amount of rest. Otherwise I'm rarely ever lacking motivation. How? My sheet drive and determination to achieve my dream body! Music has a big role in that too!
Always go for it! OP :)
A lot of it is mental. I get my motivation back by saying to myself how far behind I'd be if I keep slacking off. Sometimes you just gotta suck it up and get it done with and I usually feel better when I do, but your mindset has to be on point or you'll probably have a crappy workout.
Just depends but it could be a week or months. So far I haven't lost my motivation since I know the second I do will be when I stop making progress and I'll hate how my body looks again.
I never lose motivation, I love the gym lifestyle. My motivation comes from looking in the mirror and seeing all those beautiful gainzzz.
Usually it's a few weeks. I haven't worked out for a month now, but that's only because I have a serious workload of shit left to do for school and exams.
If I stay out of the gym more than 3 days... I lose it. That's why I make it priority in my life.
It never usually lasts that long for me because I don't let it it last for to long, usually it's a week max or a couple days.
Sometimes I'll just ask my competition for upcoming shows for a progress pic on snap and be all like fackkkkk! I'm so behind!!
It really depends. It can be a couple of days or months. Glad you're back in the game, though.
I don't know, I never lose it. I feel weird when I don't workout, it's an addiction :D
I lose motivation for a couple days at most, when I'm on my period or sick mostly. Otherwise when it's sunny outside I'm always motivated for gym and outdoor activities
Depends on why I lost it. Could be a few days, could be months.
it doesn't matter if its lost or not, i still go to the gym because i gotta release all the stress
Not long, I really wanted to be working out but I've been going so hard I hurt my tendons so I've actually just been afraid to workout recently.
I used to train once a week, then i lost motivation and now i train 4 times a week (8 hrs a week maybe)
it took me 5 months and now I am fat again and can't run a mile!
I don't because it is a hobby and it's something I enjoy.
Only when I have lots of exams coming up
So far mine has lasted 16 years
