It's been about seven years since i've adopted a more healthy way of living and i never gave up.
After all of these years, i've learned a couple of interesting things about my mindstate, not only my body.
Many times, i just went down the gym and as i got there, nothing seemed to happen. Just laziness and boredom.
When compared to the times i get things right, there are only two differences that become a deciding factor for my performace or dedication: My nutrition and motivation. Not even the cold wheather stops me when i have these two right. I won't ask anything about your nutrition but about what you think..
So, what's going on your mind? what works best for making you go beyond your limits?
