Yes, you can prevent bloating but it will require a slight change in your diet. For one, you shouldn't be consumed processed foods or salt. Salt is what causes people to retain water, so definitely cut back. Consume more plants as well, they are fast digesting because of all the fibre and they are high in water content which will help keep you hydrated. Limit your intake of animal products such as meat, dairy, and eggs since they are very slow to digest and force your body to work harder. Especially meat, it can stay in your digestive system for up to 6 days which is crazy in comparison to plants which often take 2-6 hours. Also, don't forget to drink at least 2 litres of water per day.

Lol I'm sure you don't look like your preggers. Does it come off when you sleep? Is it more just water weight and like in your tissues? Maybe you need more potassium in your diet.
