Okay so here's my problem. I'm 16 (17 in September) and I'm 5'4 and weigh 135-138lbs. I honestly hate my weight because I'm skinny everywhere except I have a bit of a chubby tummy (waist around 31-32 inches 😞) In my early teens I became obsessed with weight loss and whatever and ended up losing to. 118lbs easily, but my parents freaked thinking I was unhealthy and made me gain to my current weight. Now my parents won't let me lose weight, and literally check every once and a while to make sure I haven't. So I guess I'm stuck at this weight for now, but I figure I'll lose it once I'm 18 and they can't stop me. But a friend of mine told me it's almost impossible to lose weight easily after high school. Is this true?
As a kid or teenager you really need to figure your shit out, read up on nutrition, etc. Any bad habits can really kill your body here soon otherwise

I'm not even sure if you ought to be so desperate to lose it.
Some people can't lose weight as easily as others. So your body will let you know. But honestly, your weight is fine
