Now that I am pregnant, I have been told that a massage would be good to relieve my back pain. Is this true? What kind of massage should I get? Any suggestions?

Yes, massages can be great for that! I've even heard of special massages for pregnant women. I'm not sure about all of the different types though, I would just say try finding a good massage place and then ask them what they would recommend for you specifically. :)
