I'm not fat. Actually quite skinny, and I eat a lot like A LOT. I'm afraid that I'll start getting fat, even though I've been eating this way my whole life and it's never been a problem. I lose calories quickly, and I'm still very thin even though I eat a lot. Do you have any ideas for helping me eat lesser?
If you've been doing it all your life and haven't gained weight, don't worry about it. Some people have a very high metabolism and therefore eat all the time. And as long as they are mostly healthy things you're eating, nothing to worry about.
