I felt like insufficient for last few years and this situation became something like ''complex'' so I started to search what to do for growing taller after age of 19 ? And I found some exercises like ''Growing Taller'', you have to stretch your legs, your spinal cord, you must sleep at least on 22:00 PM wake up at 06.00 AM, and get a lot of calcium drink a lot of milk as you can etc. Well I dont really now if it will gonna work for sure, and thats why I am here, is there someone who used kind of these exercises before? Or do you know someone who did that before? Should I believe those exercises?
As far as I know, guys at least grow taller to age of 25, and as far as I know there are some celebrities who grew taller after their 20s. The biggest example is Cristiano Ronaldo grew like 10 cantimeter after age of 19, he was 177 before and now he is 187, Michael Jordon also grew like 5-6 cantimeters from age 22 to 25.
