Last Wednesday I ran/power walked in like 80F temps with a 90% or so humidity.
3.13 miles, average pace of 14:30 minutes a mile. It took me 45:22 to reach my destination.
But it was too humid/hot and I was too much of a baby so I had someone pick me up and bring me home.
Not to mention I forgot a water bottle.

I almost got a heat stroke two days ago.. I was running at 34 celsius
5 Mins ago with my Isokinator routine. I'm seeing increase in muscle mass everywhere, increased strength and I feel great. It burns so much that I feel like giving up but I go on until the end.
I can't wait to see my progress in a few months!

It's been some years but others not to make the mistake to overworkout like I did. Running 15km with 50kg backpack and then doing about 200 pushups is a bad idea after only 1 month of training. I can tell you from experience. I just wanted to keep the same pace as better trained ones and it was horror that and the next days.
The pain of muscle recovery is tolerable but when it comes to injury its not..
Try not to hurt yourself in the gym.

This morning. It was legs for 30 minutes and arms for 30 minutes. My biceps are killing me right now.
Haven't been this week, because I screwed my back up a bit. Generally speaking, I'll be sore and tender in at least two spots for a few days after every workout.
Wednesday. I did 10 set squats and a deadlift/hip thrust superset along with my usual routine. I haven't had DOMS in months so I'm happy 😊
Yesterday. I haven't been to the gym in ages coz I hate it, but I'm starting to look shit in a tshirt, the insides of my elbows are killing me.
I don't gym but I do pullups squats and pushups every day at my house until I can't do anymore
I always workout hard. I don't know of another way to exercise. Except, I used to walk 3 miles when my knee was jacked up.
Over a month ago. Though yesterday I walked and swam a lot and my legs felt a strange sort of pain I've never felt before like they were just exhausted right through to the bone
My legs still hurt and it's been 5 days since leg day lol
Went running and did crossfit and extra weigths.
One week ago, I'm lazy during summer 😅
