Last Wednesday I ran/power walked in like 80F temps with a 90% or so humidity.

3.13 miles, average pace of 14:30 minutes a mile. It took me 45:22 to reach my destination.

But it was too humid/hot and I was too much of a baby so I had someone pick me up and bring me home.

Not to mention I forgot a water bottle.

I've done that before it was a school athletics event so I had no choice.

I don't go to the gym, I run outside and this whole week we have temperatures 30-38. I'm trying to find a cool hour to train but there are none, unless I run at midnight or 6 in the morning, which is not probable

5 Mins ago with my Isokinator routine. I'm seeing increase in muscle mass everywhere, increased strength and I feel great. It burns so much that I feel like giving up but I go on until the end.

I can't wait to see my progress in a few months!

I'm 38. The Isokinator is a portable gym made out of metal, gold and aluminum. You pull on the straps after setting resistance and go through movements (like Tai Chi) to target muscles.

Due to your muscles being under 100% tension throughout the movement, you build muscle and strength quickly. With weight training, your muscles are never under 100% tension and are at 10% at some parts of the motion!

It's been some years but others not to make the mistake to overworkout like I did. Running 15km with 50kg backpack and then doing about 200 pushups is a bad idea after only 1 month of training. I can tell you from experience. I just wanted to keep the same pace as better trained ones and it was horror that and the next days.

getting additional "special training" every day in the evening and not beeing allowed to leave the barracks on the weekends and some other "special treatment" and punishment as the alternative were some kind of motivation ;) I was happy when I left the military :D (military was compulsory in my country with some exceptions)

I might be stereotyping but is your country by any chance Israel? I don't think that many people are actually happy to be in the military.

nope, central Europe. I could have chosen civil service instead like some friends but that would have been some months longer and I thought "Couldn't be that worse". Turned out I got some hardcore drill sargents who ignored some laws and wanted us to become the same level as the special forces for some reasons we don't know especially since our country hadn't been in war for more than half a century. At least I learned there some people I am still in contact and know I can trust at bad times.

Yes, at least when people try to promise me hell I can smile at them and ask them if I should let them feel true hell and I am able to go through much more pain at work than others. Also we got some of them fired from military for raping, grievous bodily harm and some illegal forms of torture so that future generations will not be trained by them.

The pain of muscle recovery is tolerable but when it comes to injury its not..
Try not to hurt yourself in the gym.
Work out till muscle failure not joint injury.

Yeah I don't hurt myself in gym I don't lift weights I prefer elastics and strength training so it's not just asthetic.

The most common injury is shoulders.
