for the past 3-4 weeks, I've been having really bad nausea, a fever of 101.4f and pains on the right side of my lower abdomen, I have been to an ultrasound for my appendix and the test came back negative so I don't have appendicitis but the pain is still there and the pain is about a 4-5 and it comes as sudden spikes during the day, it seems everyday it becomes more and more frequent. I can't book an appointment to see a doctor at the moment because it's been all booked up so do you guys know what's going on? At least give me some insight as to what's going on till I'm able to see a doctor.
Just because the ultrasound is normal doesn't mean it's not it. 25% of patients with normal ultrasound are found to have appendicitis in operation.
If the pain is severe don't wait and go to emergency. It will only be too complicated if it ruptured.

If you were an older guy I would say a kidney stone but you checked for appendicitis already so maybe it's the zica virus
