If you live with someone you can ask them to make sure you eat. If you live by yourself try having 6 small meals instead of 3 big ones, it'll make you feel like you're eating less when you're not.
Don't weigh yourself, this one is really important if you weigh yourself you'll think you're getting fat when you're not.
If it's at all possible I would advise some sort of professional help. If you really can't talk to one of your family members.
I went vegetarian after I decided that I hated what I was doing to myself. It really does help, you aren't eating any meat which is really good for you and also, in the back of my mind it still feels like I'm achieving everything that I've been waiting for.
Eat healthier and you will feel at least a little better.
