How do I recover from an eating disorder WITHOUT professional help?

Anonymous
Bottom line is that I simply cannot afford to miss work or even treatment itself. I'm not underweight (in fact, I'm overweight by about 15lbs by BMI standards.) but I suffered from EDNOS for about 5 or 6 years, mostly my tendencies leaned toward anorexia, but I binged here and there. I was weak, couldn't focus, I caused myself to faint a few times. I've gone a little over a year without starving myself, but lately the scale has crept up a few pounds... Anyway, I think I'm relapsing. I've been looking at thinspo, making excuses as to why it would be okay to skip that meal, or to not eat at all today... lying to the people I care about again, telling them I don't feel well or that I already ate. I haven't gone an entire day without eating yet but everyday it feels like I'm getting a little closer.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated. I feel like I'm backsliding.
