How many calories did I just burn if I planked for an hour?
Impossible to tell. The amount of calories you burn depends on your body weight and especially your muscle mass. But planking is not the best way to burn fat. It will tone your muscle and make them stronger. To burn fat, low intensity cardio (running, biking, swimming, ...) is a lot better, but you have to do it at least 30 min to start the fat burning cycle. Before that the muscles use other energy mechanisms.

Depends on your weight. Who holds a plank for an hour though? 30 second - 2 minute intervals in a circuit training routine or something is good enough. There are many other exercises you can do in that hour which would burn more calories.
I'm not sure but if you can hold a plank for an hour, that's pretty fucking impressive.
You don't really burn much while planking. The way to burn calories and to lose fat is to get your heart rate up. Interval training is the best. That consists of high intensity sprints for a short duration (get heart rate up to about 170 bpm), then rest for a short duration (hear rate back down to 135-142bpm).
You don't really burn a significant amount of calories doing planks. You do one thing and one thing only: strengthen your core.

How Many Calories Does Planking Burn?
When it comes to burning calories, there are few exercises more effective than planking. This simple move requires no equipment and can be done anywhere, making it a great choice for those who want to get in shape without having to go to the gym.
But just how many calories does planking burn?
The answer depends on a few factors, including your weight and the duration of your plank. A 155-pound person can expect to burn about four calories per minute while planking, while a 185-pound person will burn around five calories per minute. So, if you plank for two minutes, you’ll burn around eight to 10 calories.
Of course, the more you weigh, the more calories you’ll burn. And the longer you plank, the more calories you’ll burn. So, if you want to maximize the calorie-burning benefits of planking, aim to hold a plank for two to three minutes.
In addition to burning calories, planking also helps to tone your core muscles, which can give you a flatter stomach and a stronger back. So, if you’re looking to get in shape and burn some calories, planking is a great exercise to add to your routine.

You help a plank for an hour? Abs of steel.
I'm impressedWow 20 minutes at a time? That's incredible. I don't know how many calories but wanted to say that's amazing. I can barely hold one for 10 seconds.
I highly doubt you did that, at least there's no way you planked correctly. Ill see how ling i can go later though.
You'll get great muscles for sure but I don't think you'll be burning that many calories. You can probably use those muscles afterwards to burn more.
If u can plank for an hour you're doing it wrong lmao
