i think the way to good skin is to have good routines and to follow them almost religiously. I know that genetics has a lot to do with acne, but if you start a good routine and make small changes you can
have good skin quite soon. first of all get a gentle daily cleanser. I like cetaphile its gentle and does not irritate the skin which will make it look more red. was mornings and nights, if your skin is oily use a non alcoholic astringent to remove some of the oil from your face about midday. and try not to touch your face with your hands try not to have the habit of feeling ur own skin because ur hands have germs and you transfer them up to your pores which mix with the oils and create more blemishes. if you have an itch use the back of ur hand to rub it out. as far as those like pinkish dots it sounds as if that is skin that is healing from where the pimples where. I think they will fade away on their own but you can mask them by getting a green concealer from the drugstore. you can use this under powder or oil free foundation and it won't look green after you go over it with either of these two things, the green pigments will neutralize the pinkish tones and help hide them while they heal.

Well as for a quick fix, make up would do it, such as cover up but for a long term effect use a face cream with vitamin E and aloe in it. Using that will reduce the look of scars.

They are probably scabs, just cover it up with concealer and powder. They will probably fade soon.
