Well, obviously, the best advice is to go to the hospital because really it could be anything. That said, if the fluid came from your vagina, as I assume it did, and it was clear with some blood in it, it could be a cyst broke. So long as you don't have a fever, there's no further bleeding, and the drainage didn't smell bad, you can probably wait until morning, although the emergency room is a better idea.
Any further bleeding, smelly drainage, chills or fever, you need to go to the ED STAT.

To be honest, I would go to the ER. Forget about the wait. It is better wait and find out what the problem is, and fix it. To be honest, not a lot of people are in the ER at this time. Trust me, I went to the ER once at 11, and it was like a ghost town. Does anyone know about this? Like your parents, or friend. If they do let them drive you to the ER. That is what I would do because you do not know if it could worsen over night, and if you go now they can fix up right up.
You need to call the doctor seriously. Never take advice on the internet about your health.
