Purchase Pokemon go. And play it often. The number of steps you take on an average day goes up ridiculously. I've walked nearly 2k extra everyday this week just Pokemon hunting with friends. Because of the way it's done you barely even noticed you've walked so much. That additional walking on top of your daily routine can be a starting ground. Maybe jog a little this time or purposefully walk longer next time. It doesn't have to be Pokemon. Really just find any frivolous activity that you enjoy that can double as an exercise catalyst and push from their. You can't just target your belly and hope you can magically work on it and it alone. In order to loose body fat you have to work your whole body. More than you already do. And more cardio is the number one way to reduce fat. The problem is your trying to go from pretty much stationary to fit too fast. You've got to exhaust yourself in order to change but not to the point of feeling like your dying. Also change your eating habits. Eat more veggies and unprocessed meats and avoid eating to many pastas, breads, chips and other stuff with low nutritional value. Your body craves materials to function and the one it uses the most is carbohydrates. So of course they always taste good. However when you don't get any of the other stuff your body continues to crave food. Imagine that you need some lumber and some nails and some paint to build stuff. And you order it all together. But they only send the lumber. So you order more and again they only send the lumbar. And this keeps happening and you only occasionally get the nails and paint. The lumbar is useful so you store it in the shed but because you keep getting mostly lumber you end up with very few products made and a lot of spare lumber. That's what your doing to your body when you accumulate fat. And that's why your diet is more important than exercise. Give your body the right materials the first time and it won't build up a surplus. Give your body the right materials at an equal pace with how fast your using the materials for living and again no surplus. However most people in order to get rid of that surplus have to move more and eat differently. Staying fit is fairly easy when you eat well.

You need warm up and to start slowly and discipline.
I was everything else but sporty but I managed to come to 2.5km (1.55 miles) in below 12 minutes in less than 2 weeks. Even those with 180kg (400lb) got it in below 20 minutes. It was whole day training with professional trainers, so don't worry if it takes longer for you.
Depending on your condition you can skip points and go to the next point the next day when you manage one without totally loosing your beath:
walk 300m
walk 500m
walk 1km
jog 50m
jog 100m
jog 100m 5 times with 5 minutes of break between them
jog 200m 5 times with 5 minutes of break between them
jog 400m 3 times with 5 minutes of break between them
jog 800m 2 times with 5 minutes of break between them
jog 1500m
jog 2000m
at this point you should be able to consider your training by yourself
for warmup:
stretching is the most important so your muscles get used to getting used
also push ups are often used for warm up (they help you with your breath). We did them with 8 counts and repetitions:
You start with starting position.
On 1 you go down. On 2 you go up. On 3 you go down. On 4 you go up. On 5 you go down. On 6 you go up. On 7 you go down. On 8 you go up. Instead of 8 you say which repetition it is. One repetition means 4 push ups. For starting you try to manage 1 or at least a half repetition. You slowly increase the count of repetitions. 3-5 should be manageable in 1-2 months and you don't need to go above 5 except if you want to get extremely sporty than you can go for 20-40 repetitions.
If your muscles are burning at the first times magnesium tablets are very helpful (you don't need a receipt at the drug store for them). Don't worry about small weight chances at the start since your body needs to get used to it and needs to build up muscles, those aren't fat but muscles and you soon will loose the fat.
Let me give you in on a little secret of mine. Drink GREEN TEA, 5 cups a day or more if you'd like. I did this without exercising. I am a petite girl, skinny but i have a big butt, wide hips, and thick thighs. Back in middle school, many guys hit on me. I thought i had a good body. I was size 5 jeans mostly because my butt didn't fit in. But I gave green tea a try and i decrease to a seize 0/1. Still have a butt but my thighs are slimmer. I went down 5 sizes. Green tea burns body fat. That is the reason most people in Asiatic countries are very slim. Try it! I recommended it to a friend of mine and she lost a ton of body fat. She used to go to zumba for 2 years. No success. And with my secret. Within the month she went down. You don't need to change your diet or starve yourself. Hope it helps :)
The gym is a place that you could go to for cardio + lifting weights that isn't seasonal. I go to the gym roughly 4x/week throughout the year, spending an hour or so on the elliptical to get my cardio in plus amping up the resistance to ensure that my glutes, among other areas, get a good workout as well.
Biking is another great form of cardio that is low impact and something that you can adjust the pace of to better match your cardio health much easier than running, so you could give that a try as well.

You loose fat everywhere, you cannot concentrate on one region. Two options. Do other low intensity cardio sports like biking, walking, swimming. Or, follow a start to run program where you learn to run and slowly build up. High intensity training may help if you do it a few times a week for 30 to 45 min. It does not burn fat immediately, but there is an afterburn cycle that may induce fat burning. When you know your muscle content, calculate (or check on a scale) how many calories you need to compensate your daily energy consumption and not more.
Jog? Its slower then running but still healthy. Or go swimming. If your uni or school has a swim team join it so you can learn to swim and also lose belly fat since swimming is a really good full body work out. Swimming is also better than running cause it doesn't put as much strain on your joints as running does. If your school doesn't have a swimming pool then maybe trying seeking a local public facility or recreation center. Usually membership costs money but most of the time it's not a lot of money. Good luck!
Well it's not like you go running after never having exercised and your stamina is immediately up there.
It's all about training. Start with Intervals - 3 min running, 3 min walking, etc. Or alternatively go for other cardio exercises like swimming, cycling or cross trainer.I really have benefited from a combination of dieting and oblique crunches/any type of crunches that require using your waist side-to-side, thank God. Try Pilates type core exercises.
And yes muscle usually burns fat as the metabolism gets revved up.I have some slight (lower) belly fat as well. I HATE IT -_- but the only thing I do is that I reduced A LOT from having dinner. Lots of times now I go to bed with eating nothing or just eat something light. Make sure you eat dinner at least 1-2 hours before you sleep. But something I realized is that I lost weight of my while body. Not just lower belly. From the thighs, lower belly, etc.
There other forms of cardio you can do, biking, jump rope and perhaps make up an exercise routine that consist about 4 exercises, give yourself 30 seconds to do it all take a minute break and do it again about 4 times it'll keep your heart racing and you'll get a killer work out out of it.
you shouldn't run. seriously. people talk about how it's bad for joints but have you seen how runners age? look at their skin and how it sags and wrinkles.
Let me assure you, you cannot ever lose weight naturally without doing physical activities. And the effective ones will require you to have a strong cardiovascular system. You need to focus on improving your lung capacity if you ever wanna try to get lean.
There's a difference between running 5 miles in intervals of 1mile and running 5 miles at one go, and that's the difference between having a body and having a great body.30 seconds running
30 seconds walking
30 seconds running
30 seconds walking
(...)
Then run a little more and wal less, with time.

Power Walking. Just a quick walk, decrease, increase, decrease, increase
Fact: Walking burns more fat and less muscle than running, and it's wau better for your legs. You just need to gibe it a little more time with power walking.
This is just to make you more resistant,Obviously I'm no expert but if you have access to a tread mill it can be so much easier than running outside or just go onto YouTube for a five or ten minute work out and do it regularly, good luck and you can do it!
Dance when you're alone in the flat/house or with people you know don't mind and jog on the spot.
I have some asthma and its got a lot better with time exercise and medication. When it was more of a problem I use to run short distances but fast to avoid getting out of breath. It just takes dedication and persistence (years of persistence) and you will see good results also I found I high protein diet is good for making you feel more active and helped me get in shape.Running isn't how you lose belly fat anyways.
Look up core workouts on YouTube. There are plenty of videos to help you out. You can pick intense short workouts or longer ones.by eating less calories. you can´t force your body to lose fat in a certain area though. it has it´s own plan of where it wants to store fat and which areas it will dismantle first. for women it´s usually thighs or waist first.
Have you ever tried cycling instead? You can also get cardio in by walking, but you have to walk briskly and for fairly long distances.
Lots and lots of sex. Great physical exercise, burns lots of calories and nothing is more fun!
diet, do other forms of cardio like bear crawling, mountain climbers, walk on incline.
If you burn more than you take in then you should lose weight.
Then don't.
Losing weight is about your diet anyway, physical exertion only speeds up the process.one easy way you could shed pounds is to have plenty of water, or food rich in water, such fruits and veggies.. it also helps you maintain a good waistline.. :P
Do squats and jump jacks, push ups, burpees
