Both are for 6 days and excellent for building muscles and losing fat. by the way 1-1:30 hr of workout is mmore than enough and anything extra won't really help AND cut the cardio completely if you don't wanna lose muscle coz that's what cardio does. Follow any of the two workouts above along with KETO or LOW CARB diet with intermittent fasting. You'd be a new man in months 😉

If you want more after 1 hour in the gym you are not training hard enough. Lift heavy and focus on your diet. Bodybuilding isn't about being in the gym 24/7 it's mostly the type/amount of foods you are putting into your body.
Sign up for freeletics. They have workout routines you can do to either build muscle, burn fat, or tone up. You can do as many as you want but these workouts are very hard core and push you to your limits. They have different levels like "beginner", "intermediate" and "advanced".
They have free workouts and an app for it. If you want more work outs you have to sign up for a membership but they have a lot to offer for a free sign up :)
Ooo do cross fit it burns a lot and you only need to do a little bit each day

There are none bro. I'm guessing you don't lift very heavy.
Unless you're on DAT der cell tech the typical 3 day a week full body workouts are ideal for beginners
