Working out routines for an addict?

I have a problem, I love to lift weights but that's not the problem! The problem is finding routines online that are made for 6-7 days a week 3-4 hour work outs, I feel like a slacker going only 4-5 days a week but that's what most plans call for aND usually only 1 hour workouts , "BUT I WANT MORE" anyone know of any good routines that call for 7 days a week and also long workouts I'm looking to shred fat and gain muscle and tone are there any out there? Please let me know or give me a run down of your weekly routine... thanks
