I was 83 and i lost 12 kilos so i am 71 now. I am 175cm. Should i lose more weight? And i dont know how to have muscles. Do i have to go to gym? or Can i workout at home? Advise me somethings to be a muscled man! (I am not English. if i text wrong sorry)
