Are you guys capable of working out when you're tired?

I don't get a lot of sleep, like 3-4 hours a day. I work 2 pretty full hour jobs. I really want to work out because I don't want my body to get used to a sedentary lifestyle but I'm completely beat when I get home. I constantly have that weird, "outside of my body" experience that comes with a lack of sleep. Any idea how I can push through? Do I just stop being a bitch or should I try and work on getting more sleep? Or a combination of both?
