Granted, I'm a little biased -- I think summer in the desert is perfect weather, and I'm totally gna go run the Baldwin Hills stairs in the middle of the day today (it's supposed to be 100° with a heat index of 110° or so). #DesertRat
But... yeah. My oldest son is starting 2-a-days for football pretty soon, with conditioning in full pads at the peak of daytime.
If a thirteen-year-old can do it, in full pads... I'm sure you can do it, too. (: #noexcuses

When I know it's going to be a hot day I got to the gym early like around 7 or 8am, or I go at night like at 8pm. This helps a lot because at those times its not that hot, but if I must go during the day to the gym on a hot ass day that's when I begin stripping down lol I only wear a sports bra and compression shorts
Gym where it's air conditioned. I wouldn't work out outside unless it was cool. Most I do is walk or hike to cooler elevations in the hot weather.

I go to the gym, then. It'll still be hotter than usual but no pain no gain. Working out in a big room that has a pretty strong a/c system going is much better than skipping several workouts in a row.
I usually get up super early and workout or if it's already late I have the privilege of having a fan. 😄 But I drink lots of water and make sure to get a good sweat in before I stop. I don't like skipping too many days either.
I just push through it if I feel like I can't do anymore that I'm gonna pass out from the heat I will just finish up. Make sure you have water with you throughout your workout.
Swim, workout at home, deal with the heat and SWEAT but stay hydrated...
Workout with the A/C on and be sure to take regular water breaks to stay hydrated. Maybe try to work out in the evening rather than in the daytime?
Just do smaller things inside and I walk instead of run outside.
i enjoy it, get a nice water bottle and few clothes so i can feel the heat
I've been going to a fitness class so it hasn't been a mega issue for me, but otherwise if its hot out (I can't stand heat) i just go to the gym or do home workout with ac and a fan

every gym I've been to has strong AC. so outside temperature almost doesn't matter
I workout in basement usually in my weight room with no ac or fan lol just natural air coming from window gaps
I work out in a gym... in which there's ventilation.
I work out indoors. So I'm fine in any weather.
If you're going to do it outside, do it with a group. Peer pressures you into it haha
