You need to see an Orthopedic surgeon about your hip. A damaged hip will at first feel like a pulled muscle. The next symptom you may feel is a sore or aching knee.
One thing to remember that is very important. Look for a doctor that works on professional athletes.
You need X-rays standing and laying down to see the damage.

This used to happen to me all the time while I used to dance. You just have to wait until it heal and stretch and massage where it hurts.

Do not risk a more serious injury. Rest up. Go to the doc if you need too. I pulled a hammy once and thought my life was over but if you rest it will heal much quicker.
