Swimming is one of the best exercises in my opinion. I've been doing aquafit in my local pool for the past month and have noticed a difference in how my clothes fit. I know I always feel tired after I work out in the pool. It's nice because you are working out, but you're not sweating and it's low impact.
The best exercises are the one's you enjoy. Because you are most likely to keep up with them. So if you enjoy swimming, then that might be a good thing to try out.

It's the best of all possible exercises because:
1. It is highly aerobic thus elevating your aerobic capacity, burning calories, and elevating metabolism.
2. It exercises all of your muscle groups.
3. It is low impact so it doesn't destroy your joints.
4. Guys find swimmers very hot. 😉
Once I stopped having access to a pool, my health declined significantly.
swimming is very good. but in order to reduce the percent of fat you also need to eat less carbohidrates (sugar, soda, alcohol, chips, candy, etc).
And also try to not eat a couple of hours before going to bed. This really helps.

Very good activity for weight loss!! Also try bananas and blue berries... like srs, they eat belly fat. And aren't the worst in taste for as healthy food lol.
