I drink water.
I noticed I have crazy cravings when I search up recipes. So I only do it while fasting (religious purposes) or before it's time to eat.
Drinking water helps.
I started to drink more water after I read that it is recommended to drink cold water in sips.
When I am hungry , I try to see what actually I am hungry for and eat that in moderation.
I don't like to be strict with my diet. I don't even like calling my eating habit as a diet since that makes me feel as if I am tied down.
Eating healthy (and I am tryin to follow Muhammad (SAW) diet , ) is what keeps my body in shape and I think it helps my skin as well.

Keep very hydrated. I eat things like croissants so they are not so bad but fill me. You can eat a lot of food just make sure it's good for you. Worst case if you want chocolate or something, do chocolate covered strawberries. Don't drive yourself insane. Give in a tiny bit in the right way and it will get easier each time. Good luck.
If a woman is on her period I bring her chocolate and then I want to have sex with her to relieve her stress and cramps.

When I had a period I drank lots of water and if you're craving junk food eat healthier versions of it. Pancake batter has some substitutes to make it healthier, or you could just eat a bunch of nuts to fill you up so you don't want to eat.
Drink a lot of water and keep busy otherwise ill go from not craving anything to eating a pint of ice cream fast.
If I want it, I have it. Then I walk and jog it off. Eat all the chocolate you want
