6'3 with 6'5 wingspan chekin in, And you would if you really can fgit. Manlets have it eadier to bench and squat and well deadlift, Don't start holding it too wide you'd stop hitting targeting chess that way lol just keep doing till u get ur bench up

How wide are you placing your hands on the bar? It could be that your lock up is caused by your hand placement being too wide. Try to tighten it up a bit and see it they helps
Best to not do a bench press until you build up muscle in your shoulders. So maybe for now focus on strength training your shoulders?
Work on building your shoulder muscles first you could do shoulder press, lateral raises, front raises maybe some shoulder shrugs.

Well at least you have a big wingspan. Just build up the muscles in the shoulders first.
