I have super long arms and that means my bench press is weak as hell, how do I deal with it?

I can get the barbell off my chest when i go heavy but shoulders are in a bit of a tizzy as they are weak and locking out is the biggest problem. So tricep exercises? I do skull crushers but that's about it. maybe some cable push downs. Shoulders, barbell OHP, dumbells as well.
