Girls, I am seriously considering birth control and don't know how to bring it up to my conservative parents?

I swear to you I am not using it because I am sexually active. I just want it to regulate my period. My periods have gotten so out of control, that I am bedridden the first two days. I do have a job and I have a car. I may be 19 but I still live at home for now and I don't know how to bring this up to my parents. I have talked to mom about how out of control it is but she just says it is what it is and that I just have to deal with it. I don't even know how she can say that. She has found me on the floor of the kitchen because the pain was so terrible I passed out. I can't put my life on hold for two days every month. I have never been to a gynecologist and she won't bring to a doctor unless I am very, very sick or desperately need medical care. Even if I pay for it myself, she will see on my bank statements and receipts that I bought birth control. Unless I get some money in cash and pay for it like that and tell her I don't keep receipts when I buy something in cash. But she will get suspicious when she sees I get money in cash every month.

Plus I am not worried about it messing me up as far as babies go. I am pretty sure I don't want kids.
