Are you sure you are really eating only 1000-1300 calories a day? When you check the calories in things are checking the portions size too there is a good chance you may be eating several portions of something in one sitting. I know a bowl of cereal has about 150 calories for 3/4 cup of cereal with a 1/2 cup of milk well my 5 year old eats more then that. Lots of foods try to make the calories seem less by making very small portions sizes. But if you really are only eating 1000-1300 calories a day your body probably has lowered your metabolism to compensate which could cause you problems later on.

Did you ever notice if you do eat a big dinner you seem hungrier later that day or the next day?
Eat health foods & try to eat the right amount of calories.
Have that slice or two of pizza or whatever it is that you might be craving.
You can't deny yourself a treat all of the time.
You body adjusts by reducing the metabolism, the less food intake you recieve the body adjust by using it or burning it more efficently, so in some instances some people who diet and exercise can actually put on weight if they stop the diet or excercise. Good idea to diet for life, you can't stay on a boring diet or exercise regime forever...
