@brittnebabefitness has the best exercises and food Instagram. I think working out and protein shakes, homemade or not, sounds like a great start. Watch out for the fake butts out there.

Squats. Girls who do squats do them because they naturally have a flat or small butt. So do squats with weights. It can take months though to see a bigger butt.
Squat three times a week and eat a ton of food.. You won't get fat.

I would say squats and eat lots of greens-fatty one like soul food. Try to stay positive. Nothing is wrong with a small ass, u have plenty of time to develop the body you want.

Surgery and age are the only things that will do it. You can make it a *little* bigger if you do a ton of squats.
