If you get your body fat below 25%, you are OK. Muscle weight is not a problem. But it depends on the shape you want how much muscle you like. On my pics, my fat content is around 20%
I feel like other opinions here are just BMI (which is a no no in my book) but if you want to build muscle as well I'd say maybe 190? I don't know It's hard without a picture
You shouldn't be more than 150-160 I think. You're also very young. This could be an issue

Not sure. I'm the same height, and I'm 120lbs. I wouldn't set a specific goal and try to reach it because that can put so much pressure on you, and affect your mental health. Just do it pound by pound.
You're kinda tall so maybe around 140, most women would want to be around 120 I think.
Quit worry about the numbers and worry about how the image in mirror looks.
Somewhere between 130-170lbs
