I threw up three hours ago, I believe as a result of a hard workout and then just eating too much too fast (I had pasta with olive oil, peppers, and parmesan and immediately felt sick). I don't have the stomach flu or anything. So far I have had a bottle and a half of water and 3/4 of a sleeve of saltines and I am absolutely starving. I mean, I worked out and basically got no food afterwards since I threw it all up. I feel probably 80% better and I'm having really strong salt cravings. I was gonna go with wedding soup, but we don't have any. We don't have any pretzels either. I know it's not the easiest to digest, but the only salty food I have is popcorn. Would it be bad to eat that if that's what I'm craving? I am seriously starving.
popcorn is bad. It digests very slowly due to the processing. Eat light before a workout and eat light after a workout. Take some carbs before to have enough energy and some proteins in salad afterwards to help muscle recovery.

Fun fact: if you eat a tablespoon or so of straight salt, you'll likely puke. Salt is in pretty much everyting, so not surprising you'd want some haha. Whatever you think yo can stomach.
i dunno what wedding soup is but eat whatever you're comfortable eating man... i think you're overthinking this.
