Burn twice as many calories as you consume, cut out starches and sugar (especially sugar!), eat primarily protein, veggies, and fruit (light on the fruit this is full of sugar too). Stay away from bread as it converts to sugar in your system.
Don't eat 2-3 hours before you go to sleep. Have 7-8 hours of sleep every night. Drink water or tea or coffee. Lay off of dairy products, although yogurt is really good for you. Work out regularly. And again, stay away from sweets.
My brother did this, never wavered, and burned off over forty pounds in two months. Of course, he gained it all back because he went to eating whatever he wanted after the two months was over, so if you don't change your life style it won't matter.

Unless you're really, really fat you can't lose 30 pounds in two months in any healthy way, and if you did manage it by literally starving yourself you'd have loose elephant skin everywhere anyway. If that's you in your profile picture you shouldn't even want to lose 30 pounds, period.
Losing that amount in that short space of time is not doable, healthy or sustainable. You would basically have to stop eating all together.
Your metabolism will be destroyed and when you do start eating again, you'll end up eating more to make up for the fact that your body has been in starvation mode. This often leads to greater weight gain than what you initially started with.
Best thing to do is take it steady, gradually cut out all bad foods, replace with protein and veggies etc and work out. Weight-training is great for boosting your metabolism and building muscle (which in turn will burn more calories during resting periods). Cardio such as HIIT is good for burning fat.
Very possible
No exercise- 2lbs per week isn't what you want if you are sticking to 1200 cals.
800 cals for 3lbs per week , so 24 lbs in two months not safe.
Extremely dangerous- 600 cals and under is about 4-6 lbs per week depending on activity levels. In two months you could lose 32-48 lbs.
But I'm not encouraging an eating disorder , I'm just telling you the facts.
If you want to be really healthy eat 1200-1500 cals and try burning 600-1000 calories a day. So you would lose 3-5 lbs a week= 30-40 lbs in two months.
*Starvation mode is already debunked / false.
*This also depends on height and weight but this is average

Oh, Okay, @BritishPrincess, that is Easy then... Lose the Starches and Sugars and Eat more Fat Free foods and salads and Poultry as well.
One time when I was Participating in Lent, I saw that I Had wanted to Get back Down to my Normal weight before Easter. In 40 days of Giving up Starches and Sweets as Treats, I lost the Weight and 18 pounds later, I was Partaking with My family at my Favorite Buffet.
Exercise as well, goes Hand in Hand.
Good luck and You can Do this. xxCardio+strength training > 1-2 hours each day. (Or more if you want to/have time for it.)
Eat ONLY vegetables, nuts, seeds, chicken, legumes and some fruits (1-2 per day, no more).
You could count calories if you want to also... Eat at least 1200 calories - if you want your body to function propperly and not go into starvation mode and stop losing fat. That does not work without starving yourself, and would be hugely unhealthy.
There about 3500 calories Ina pound. M you'd have to have a 1700 plus deficit to lose real weight and not just water.
I bet if you started working out, and eating healthy - in two months you might lose 6 pounds and look a lot betterKeto + weight lifting + yohimbine + octopamine + sinephrine. Add in a good pre-workout. I can't give you a recipe for that right now because it's at home and I'm not.
Cutting calories and exercising, but extremely quick weight loss is usually not sustainable. I'd recommend just cutting your calories (never below 1200 a day) and getting exercise everyday and just trying to lose like 1 or 2 lbs a week.
You don't. It's terrible for your health and you'll only end up hurting yourself or gaining it back.
If you refuse to light a fire under your ass and do it the right way then don't do it period. You don't. Losing weight too fast is the worst thing you can do for your body and health.
If that's you in your profile pic, you certainly don't need to. Enjoy your time at our age, you can worry about that stuff when you're older! 😊
i lost weight by doing Zumba, find some on YouTube and do it for 2hours every day. as for diet dont eat 3 hours before bed and drink plenty of water. eat most food in the morning to have energy for the rest of the day, then have small snakes.
That is extremely unhealthy and very unrealistic. You'll destroy your metablism and gain all of the weight back and more.
You can't, but working out and eating healthily and avoiding eating/drinking unhealthy things helps
That is a lot. You will need a heavy fat burning workout scheme for that. And watch your food.
Get a couple of grams of amphetamine and take a minute amount (tablet size) each day to stop the hunger make sure you drink plenty of water - use the extra energy to exercise
That is incredibly unhealthy, not feasible, and you would put it straight back on once you started eating again. It is possible to lose 10 pounds a month, it is practically impossible to lose 30. A pound is 3500 calories, to lose one pound a week you need to eat 500 calories less each day than the number of calories required to maintain your weight. There are online calculators for this. You need to be exercising a minimum of 1 hour a day
The most anyone can and should safely lose is two pounds a week.
How much do you weigh now? The heavier you are the more possible this is.
start eating salads, avoid carbs. dont eat any fry food. and do lots of cardio
You're 15. Worry about being a kid.
By doing unhealthy stuff
Short of a drug addiction I doubt it's possible
