Well bro its because of your body type, I need pics to say it better but as I read and have a look at your picture, you are something between Endomorph-Meshomorph but Endomorph is more dominating than Meshomorph. Since I said Endomorph dominates your body more, you gotta follow a nutrition routine which helps Endomorphs to be in shape.
The good thing is you can lose fat easily cause you have Mesomorph side. In order to stay in shape you must at least workout your body like 3 times in a week for 30 minutes. But if you do cardios like 5 times for 45 minutes it will be even better for you. Seems you dont lift so you must do cardio and burn your fats by walking/running as I mentioned. You MUSN'T get more than 2000 calories in a day, maximum 1500 is good for you, and you must avoid eating junk foods and eating anything after 21.00 PM since you have slow metobolism.
What you gonna do with being 65 KG dude? I dont know your height but If I were you, I would try to be like 75 at least. I remember you posted a picture showing your arm, honestly it isn't like you are lifting I recommend you to join a GYM saloon as soon as possible, you will lose weight in a short time and get in shape ;)

A good thing to cut down on weight is watching your carbs. Carbs are the main source of weight gain and many people don't actually realise how much they are consuming. For an average meal for me (say like two large tacos, bananas, water) I would have around 60-80g of carbs. Compare that to say a small glass of soft drink (35g), A packet of Chips (60g) or a chocolate milk (90g) you can easily see how you can put on weight without realising.
The best way to cut down on weight is to replace these snack foods with healthier options such as fruit (strawberry have no carbs!) and drink water instead of soft drink/juice/cordial.
This with regular good cardio exercise (eg jogging) and healthy regular meals is probably the best way to lose weight.

You might not have a very high metablism meanign that your body isn't as "effective" at burning calories meaning that it won't be as easy to keep the weight you loose off.
My advise, watch the carbs and the saturated fats
