Except the fact that I (almost) don't eat anything containing white sugar, I don't. What about yourself?
Do you have a particular diet?

I eat fat, protein and carbohydrates. Simply because it is what I need to gain muscle I will eat to a calorie surplus avoiding sodium , white sugar and any processed foods. When I go on a cut to loose the fat gained whilst building the muscle I will maintain the weights I have built myself upto lifting through my bulk and implement cardio , maintaining my protein intake gram per pound of body weight and reducing carbs and fat. To go below maintenance calories and loose fat. I also incorporate creative supplements , protein supplement and mass gainers , amino acids and mass gainers to ensure my diet is implemented in a co burnt way without having to eat 24/7 to get the same amount of nutrients required from eating alone. Things I stay away from are dirty carbs such as white bread , white rice , sugar , mc Donald's

Yeah I guess so.
It's just called brown sugar at places like Costa or Starbucks
It's mostly converted into fat reserves, while brown sugar is less fattening and provides longer sustained energy for the body.
No white sugar. Sweetener or brown sugar.
I meant
ehhh i dont like to call it a 'diet' is just the way i eat, but basically I avoid processed food, so basically anything that comes from a package, i try to cook everything that i eat, I dont eat sugar, eat lots of protein, fair amount of fat and I eat my carbs around my workouts, so always after and sometimes before as well, depends on how I feel, my main sources of carbs are fruit, sweet potatoes and squash :)
Yes. I want to keep fit, so I prep my meals a certain way every week. I eat lean meats, rice, vegetables, and fruit. Lots of water and not much else.

I eat a healthy intake of food, beef, pork, poultry and fish, vegetables, fruits, wheat/grin, nuts, dairy, herbs. Juice, water, black coffee and various teas from around the world.
I generally cut out junk food, soda etc I still eat it now and then though as a little bit won't kill you here and there. I get most of my sugars from natural sugars I meet my bodies dietary needs on daily basis, meet my protein, carb and fat needs. I also juice.
Basically I eat a balanced but varied intake of food and follow the same nutritional habits that I recommend my clients follow when I train them.

I'm vegetarian I eat pretty much the same thing every day nowadays just because it's easy and otherwise somewhat difficult to get protein so when I find food that have the protein I eat a lot of them
I'm a meatatarian. lol Most of my meals contain some sort of meat.
I just like it. I mostly like meat and potatoes. (I'm mostly Irish, so maybe that's why?)
I don't care much for pork (except I do like fried spam).
As long as I exercise a couple times that week, I eat whatever I want pretty much.
The only things I purposely limit myself on is I don't eat those tasty small chocolate pies that come in a small 4" package that are like 500 calories each, and I limit chocolate milk to one bottle per month because I used to drink it so much, I gained 8 pounds in a year, then had to work it back off.
Other than that, if it tastes good to me , I eat it.
i eat 5 boiled egg whites every morning, and avoid wheat and sugar as much as i can. and i avoid junk food too.
I follow a low-carb diet. It need to drop a few more pounds to achieve my body goal.
