About 3 hours a week, I don't use steroids so , at my age, any more than that would really just be over training. I do each body part once a week that's it.

Usually 4/5 days a week about 1/1.5/2hrs on a stressed out day. Weights, running, swimming, circuits. Keep a log of what I do as well.
I don't work out. But I do walk at least 10,000 steps everyday with a healthyish diet. I used to go jogging, used

60 minutes a day, six days a week. Haven't turned into Arnold yet though...
4 gym sessions of roughly an hour plus I play tennis once a week, so in the 4-6 hour range.
Almost 9 hours I'd say. I average about an hour 15 minutes per workout which I try to do daily. I go about 6-7 times a week.
