cofffeeeee. I had a 12 something hour day and a 14 hour drive back. Coffee kept me up for an hour haha. Drink tons.
If I didn't do anything, I've been able to do 36 hour days if I'm occupied with a task. If I got tired and played a fairly complex game and put some music on, would get past the 'tired' stage pretty quick.
Brightwhite blinding screens would probably be better than all the lights out and 99% black jump scare movie.
Run for 30 seconds
Sit up straight (don't lie down in any way), drink water, get up regularly and just walk somewhere and back, oh and you can always try to nap before. If I know I'm going to be busy/out later at night I always nap prior. Even if it's for 30 mins only.
Staying Online, can help pass the Time, @YaBaba, and you would be Surprised at just how Fast... Time flies.

1. Sleeping for very short time can surprise you, don't underestimate that😂. Just ask your cousins to wake you up and use chain of alarms.
2. Anything that excites you and rush your blood.
I would suggest playing games with your family, it is very effective. You can do crazy stuff with people where you're staying 😜
3. Don't eat a lot (but you should 😋) drinking coffee might help, if not prefer red bull, you will be flying
Vitamin B12 , now if you want to go Extreme buy Death Wish Coffee, or Shock Coffee! You will be wide awake & have no trouble studying. I know this cause i sent a full case to my friends in MN they had finals an said they needed caffeine but monster wasn't doing it. Sent case of 12 ( 12 oz bags ) of Death Wish an they called me saying " Fuck man we are still wide awake " We gonna play GTA5 wanna join the lobby? Giant race tracks !
Green tea, eat food that is rich in carbohydrates (they can be found in beans, vegetables, fruits) and work out. Exercise releases stress and supplies you with more energy bc it awakes your brain.
If I don't want to drink any caffeine, I usually just try to do something physical (walk the dog, exercise, etc) sit upright, drink ice cold water. A cold shower is my go-to because it never fails.

You could go jogging or do some sort of exercise that will give you energy for sure. Eating lots of greens like Spanich and some nuts as well. But sometime taking a 2 hour nap could help
I find anxiety to be a better stimulant than caffeine. Try doing something that scares you or puts you out of your comfort zone.
Try having an energy drink like redbull or something! And keep watching really scary horror movies that it's so scary that you won't be able to sleep

Do 25 push ups to get your heart pumping.
I drink tea and do a small 20 min workout
