Is it too much to do cardio, weight lifting, and yoga in one day?

Anonymous
I've been on my grind for the past few months. Training for a marathon in November. This morning I did a spinning session. After, I did an hour of weight lifting. I stretched and foam rolled. There is a hot yoga class later tonight and I was wondering if that would be too much. I just really love seeing myself improve.

BQ: I am getting stronger and more fit. I am already a thin girl, but I really want to actually look more toned. Meaning less fat all around... Like an inch or two of fat loss would make me look so much more fit. But I don't want to lose muscle. So I am going to keep the carbs minimal (only for preworkout and recovery). And then protein/healthy fats the rest of the day. Is this a good idea for trimming fat so my muscles can show?
