Depends on the headache. Can be sinus sometimes, especially if u get hayfever and stuff in which case rinse out your nose well.
Could be dehydration, have a big cool drink.
Sometimes, sounds weird, but a can of coke helps too... Google it. A doctor is the one who told me about it at first.
If it's really bad like a migraine, dark quiet room and just rest without looking at your phone.
Also, taking pain killers with a little caffeine helps it work better too. Some contain caffeine already, or some don't and people just take them with a coffee or caffeine drink like coke or whatever.

I don't use pain killers.
I drink lot, use some salt. If it doesn't go away, I put some cayenne pepper in a glass of water.

Paracetamol and Analgin work great too, or any other pain killer. I gave you the brand names, not the active compounds but you should have them in Albania.
May sound weird but getting off the computer helps. Your head is being strained as long as you're on the PC.

Aside from sleeping, Tylenol or Ibuprofen or Aspirin, I really do not know.
Did you hit your head on anything physically recently? If you believe that it could be serious you may want to go to the nearest emergency room at a local hospital or something.Go to the doctor to make sure there is nothing major going on with you.
go in a quiet darkened room and lie down... if its hot put a fan on and or wet cloth on your forehead... it should pass quite quickly

Which part of your head is hurting?Take a paracetamol or something equivalent and hydrate a lot.
Have a steam shower, then wash it with cold water.
Then take a nap for half an hour.
Also have a coffee. It helps me.The best thing for me is a dark quiet room & sleep if I can.

Fix your dietpainkillers. but, try not to get addicted to them. being on a computer with a bright light probably isn't helping either
Drink water, eat something, turn off all the lights, take some medicine, and go to bed.
Drink water. Dehydration is the cause of 90% of headaches. Water... not Gatorade, not coffee, not coke.
