Apparently muscle burns fat even during rest state at a more rapid pace than body fat. If you want to prioritize, you should focus primarily on increasing muscle mass for the bulkier muscles of your body.

I have tried many diets and everyone works great BECAUSE I track my calorie intake when I'm dieting and I count EVERY calorie that goes in my body

For example when I'm dieting I stay under 1700 calories everyday and have plenty of energyYou could try two weeks in the Belsen home for fat people
Throw up everything you eat for a couple of months and drink water. Liposuction helps if you can afford it and there's a lot of fat to remove.
