Watch lean bulking by vintage muscle on YouTubei followed this before I started a cycle of juice and it works. It is exactly what they did in the 60's-80's. You don't need to count calories or any of that bullshit like he says your body will tell you how much food you need and when to eat.

You don't get muscle from running, its cardio. You will get lean. If you want to build muscle, you need weighths.
Running is cardio. It does nothing except strengthen the legs.
