As I hate medication because it never really helped me I just drank a lot of hot herbal tea. didn't help the pain go away but it was much lighter though Don't know if it's allowed in your school to bring your own tea and if you can get a hot water so don't know if my opinion is helpful
i had them so andi got sent home from school cause id be crying my eyes out looking like i was going to die. try moving about a bit if you can. also try just gently massaging your tummy

You can get these sticky little heat pad things that can help. You can put them on under your clothes and leave them on throughout the day. Unfortunately there's no magic cure for them!
I don't think you could do anything at school to stop it. Go home, lie in bed with a hot water bottle and place it on your stomach. That used to help me.
