The irony of losing weight for overweight people?

Today after work, the office received some work out class. Each Monday we receive classes like that. The work out we do could be dance, or strenght training (no weights thought) and some times Pilates or flexibility moves. The instructor is a mature lady probably in his mid 40s almost 50´s. She is petite and very thin. Us, we are not than thin.
Todays class was more of Pilates style, where you have to stretch your muscles and core more.
In some of the movements she taught us, ishe told us to suck our abs and tight our stomach (which I know it has to be done for almost all exercises) , but not everyone have flat bellies like the instructor.

SO here comes my query. How all instructors sometimes pretend an overweight person to suck their abs, when for them could be very difficult for the fat they have on their bodies, it could be very difficult to suck the abs. I mean those slim fit ladies who have the flatest abdomen out there, does not even need to suck their abs at all, cause they are so flat, that is not even necessary for them to do it so, they h ave it flat already it is natural. I for example im not that overweight, but I do have my belly and Im not flat at all, and even for me it is diffcult to suck the abs for certain movements, because when I suck I can't suck them all the way in, just a bit, cause my body can't suck it more than I try. So i imagine those overweight people , who has to struggle in doing certain movements, but for them is difficult to do it so, I feel for them.

Also I feel when the oveweight person tries their best to work out, and then comes the instructor orthe trainer and scream at them, or raise their voices by telling them things like " you can do it better", "try harder". Common some trainers do not put themselves in the shoes of thee other people to know what is going through this people. They do the best they can in the ability they can.
