What makes you feel better when you are depressed?

When you are depressed how do you cope with it? What personally works for you? Do you listen to music, do you travel, do you exercise, do you read, see a therapist, hang out with family/friends, are you on medication, etc? Is there anything that helps you cope with your depression or do you just wait for better days?
