Is 1200 calories too much for me? My weight loss seems at a standstill. Can anyone help?

So I've been trying to lose 15 pounds. I think I can lose it in about three months. I am already almost at a month into my diet regimen and have only lost close to 2.5 pounds. I feel like with what I have researched and where my calories are, I should have lost more like 5 pounds by now. The past week or two my scale has been at the same weight. I'm getting worried I am not doing enough.

So take a look at my statistics and see if I could improve anywhere. I've been using my fitness pal to track my calories.

I'm 5'3, 136 pounds, and 21 years old.

The heaviest I was, was over a year ago I weighed 152 and slowly without changing my diet, but with excersize I lost 16 pounds over the whole year.

So now I'm kicking my diet into gear because I really want to lose another 15 pounds to get at my comfortable weight about 120 pounds.

This is what I eat:
Breakfast:
Green tea
Egg
Fiber bar
Banana

Lunch:
Chicken/broccoli or lean cuisine

Dinner:
Tortilla
Chicken
Salsa
Avocado
Corn

Snack:
Strawberries
Popcorn

Its not exactly the same every day but its roughly the same regimen and it averages 1200 calories a day.

I also excersize for 1 hour each day, on the treadmill or for a walk at the park. And I have been doing ab and leg excersizes with dumbbells every few days for an extra 30 minutes.

For my statistics I found online that my body only needs 1800 calories to stay the same. I'm not sure if that is accurate. So by eating 1200 calories I should be basically at a deficit of 600 to 800 calories a day with my added excersize.

I just feel discouraged because I have been trying so hard and for almost 2 weeks I have not lost anything. I would've assumed I would lose weight faster because I am actually restricting my calorie intake, which I have not done in the past year.

Any advice would help, or personal stories.
