I was gonna join so I can help ya. Obvious run a lot, at least 2.5 miles, sit ups, and pull ups (if you can't do pull ups yet than use the lat pull down bar) that should be enough to get you in decent shape. If you had more time you could have incorporated other stuff but you're kinda on a crunch

You are going to need stamina so I would suggest to try and to High interval training at least 2 or 3 times a week for cardio to increase your endurance.
100 Push ups, 100 Sit ups, 100 Squats, and 10 kilometer running.
EVERY.
SINGLE.
DAY.

You got to beat your face to the ground aka pushups, crunches, flutter kicks, a good run time. No matter how hard it gets it'll end.
